Legal Aid

The Law Firm holds a Legal Aid Contract with the Legal Aid Agency, which allows qualifying individuals to receive financial support and, in many cases, free legal representation. Legal Aid is available for all stages of criminal proceedings, subject to eligibility criteria:

• Police Station: Everyone, regardless of income, is entitled to free legal advice and representation if arrested and interviewed at a police station. Our team are available to attend and provide immediate support.
• Magistrates’ Court: If your case progresses to the Magistrates’ Court, the firm can make a Legal Aid application to cover your representation.
• Crown Court: For serious cases that reach the Crown Court, we can similarly apply for Legal Aid to ensure you have expert legal support throughout the trial.
